Warranty Policy

We’re proud of the build quality of our brackets and hardware. That’s why we offer a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects—not general wear and tear.

This warranty is intended for residential use. “Lifetime” refers to the reasonable usable life of the product under normal residential conditions.

If a part fails within 30 days due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll send you a replacement part. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. To qualify, the item must show no signs of damage, improper installation, misuse, or abnormal use.

After 30 days, all approved claims are handled at our discretion. We may choose to repair or replace the defective component.

Minor imperfections in the metal or powder coating are normal due to the nature of the materials and manufacturing process. These do not affect performance or durability. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out—we want you to be confident in your purchase.

Powder coating and pivot points will naturally wear over time. Cosmetic changes, surface rust, and normal wear from regular use are not covered under warranty.

The brush is also excluded from this warranty, as it is a wear item by nature.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Proof of purchase is required, and we may request photos to assess the issue. We reserve the right to deny claims that fall outside of the warranty’s intended coverage—such as those resulting from misuse, improper installation, modifications, or unusual operating conditions.

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including damage to equipment, property, or personal injury.
